(1) Facilities and equipment.

The company is located in the provincial-level high-tech industrial park of Xinchang County, close to the G15W high-speed transportation hub, and the regional effect of the provincial-level high-tech park is obvious. It occupies a total area of 50 acres, a construction area of about 45,000 square meters, a production workshop area of 12,000 square meters, and various supporting facilities such as storage, office and living.

The company has 26 fully automatic production lines, 8 of which are "dual-head" production lines. Through continuous improvement during use, the actual daily output has exceeded the theoretical maximum output set by the manufacturer, giving full play to the maximum performance of the production line. In addition to the production line, the company invested more than 5 million yuan in 2012 to equip the hollow capsule appearance inspection machine and automatic packaging line, which greatly reduced the manual operation links and basically realized the mechanical streamlining of hollow capsule production. In order to better guarantee the product quality, the company has purchased high-precision, imported equipment such as 6000 high-speed filling machine, Agilent gas chromatograph, German Jena atomic absorption instrument, microwave digestion instrument.

(2) Product research and development.

The company has been committed to the research and development of various new products and the improvement of existing products. In 2009, the Huaguang Capsule Research and Development Center was rated as a municipal research and development center. The hypromellose plant hollow capsules developed by the company have been mass-produced for export in a stable manner. The company's aseptic capsule production technology, which concentrates its technical strength, has also made breakthrough progress. It is expected that by the beginning of 2017, the aseptic production of all capsule varieties will be fully realized. In May 2016, it also cooperated with Zhejiang Wanli University to jointly undertake the research and development project of "Hydroxypropyl Starch Hollow Capsules" of Zhejiang Science and Technology Department.

(3) Economic indicators.

At present, the company's production capacity is 12 billion capsules, with annual sales of approximately 10 billion capsules. In 2015, sales amounted to nearly 100 million yuan, of which exports accounted for one third. It is expected that by the end of 2017, the export of plant capsules will drive a substantial increase in the company's total sales, exceeding 200 million yuan.
