　　2. Operation steps of capsule filling machine:

　　1. Press the green button on the "power switch" to turn on the power.

　　2. Slowly adjust the "vibration intensity adjustment knob" and rotate it clockwise. At this time, the finishing tray integrated with the "vibration bracket" starts to vibrate. Touch the finishing tray with your hands and adjust to a certain vibration intensity by feeling.

　　3. Put the powder-filled capsule shell into the "powder-filled capsule shell finishing tray", and put about 300 capsules each time. Put the capsule caps into the "capsule cap finishing tray", about 300 capsules each time. The finishing tray is made of a plexiglass plate, and there are many round holes in the shape of upper, lower, and lower funnels drilled into it. The diameter of the round holes corresponds to the diameter of the capsule number.

　　4. In about 30 seconds, the powder-filled capsule shell and capsule cap will fall into the round hole with the opening facing upwards. In case of individual openings facing downwards, the capsule cap can be used to gently press down on the sleeve to pull it out.

　　5. Hold the connecting plate of the powder-filled capsule shell horizontally (the one drawn at the end of the figure, which has been prepared randomly, and there is a round hole in the connecting plate), and gently push in the lower part of the sorting tray, and the powder-filled capsule shell in the sorting tray will be released. It will fall into the round hole of the connecting plate, and then take out the connecting plate. In the same way, take out the capsule cap with the capsule cap adapter plate.

　　6. Prepare a square medicine powder plate with a bottom area of 500×500mm2 and a height of about 10mm on four sides, which contains medicine powder, and place the powder-filled capsule shell joint plate on the medicine powder square plate. Then cover the random plexiglass frame on the connecting plate of the powder-filled capsule, use a small bucket to shovel the powder into the frame, scrape the edge of the frame to fill the powder, and scrape off the excess powder.

　　7. Use the random capsule cap set plate (drawn at the end of the picture, there are round holes on the set plate), and put it on the capsule cap connecting plate, with alignment holes, it is easy to place. Turn over the connecting plate of the capsule cap so that the opening of the capsule faces downwards, and put it on the connecting plate of the shell of the powder-filled capsule that has been filled with medicine powder. There are also alignment holes, which are easy to fit.

　　8. Put the nested capsule plate into the cavity under the "capsule cap forming plate", and pull the "pressure lever" downward by hand to put it in place. Don't be careful with excessive force, because there is a positioning mechanism to control the downward pressure high. Take out the sleeved capsule plate and pour out the capsules.

　　3. Maintenance of capsule filling machine:

　　1. When the machine works normally for a long time, it is necessary to regularly clean the parts that are in direct contact with the drug. When the drug batch is replaced or the machine is out of use for a long time, it must also be cleaned.

　　2. The transmission mechanism under the working surface of the machine should be regularly and appropriately added lubricating oil (grease) to reduce the wear and tear of moving parts.

　　3. The oil quantity of the main transmission reducer should be checked once a month. If it is insufficient, it should be refueled in time, and the lubricating oil should be replaced every six months; #motor oil.

　　4. The safety clutch plays a protective role when the machine is overloaded. When the load is normal, the clutch should not slip, but it may slip due to long-term use. When slipping occurs during normal use, the round nut of the clutch can be tightened. Some, achieve the purpose of ensuring the normal operation of the machine and protecting it.

　　5. The vacuum separator of the vacuum system mainly plays the role of sucking the capsule into the upper and lower modules and separating the cap and body during the filling of the empty capsule. If the capsule cannot be separated from the cap and body, the subsequent filling will not be possible. Every time the turntable of the machine rotates one station, the main shaft of the machine rotates one revolution, and the vacuum separator moves up and down once under the action of the cam. If the capsule cap and body are not separated smoothly, check the gap between the upper plane of the vacuum separator and the lower plane of the lower module. If the gap is too large, the vacuum degree of the vacuum system will not reach the required vacuum degree for cap and body separation ( 0.05MPa or so), the gap is too small and it is easy to produce bumps to deform the lower module. When the position of the vacuum separator needs to be adjusted, turn the main motor shaft with the handle to make the vacuum separator rise to the highest position, and loosen the lock nuts at both ends of the adjustment rod under the machine table (one is left-handed, the other is right-handed) Nut), then rotate the adjusting rod to adjust the height of the vacuum separator, then lock the nut, and turn the main motor shaft with the handle until it is suitable. The vacuum degree is read on the vacuum gauge on the machine operation panel. When the vacuum is too high, the vacuum degree regulating valve can be opened properly, and when the vacuum degree is too low, the vacuum degree regulating valve can be turned down or closed. The filter of the vacuum system should be opened regularly to clean up the clogged dirt to ensure that the vacuum system has a sufficient vacuum.

　　6. The transmission chain should be checked once a week, and an appropriate amount of grease should be added, and re-tightened if necessary. When the chain is too loose and needs to be re-tightened, the tensioning wheel should be moved for adjustment, but the chain cannot be opened or separated from the sprocket, so as not to disrupt the movement sequence of the entire mechanism and prevent the mechanism movement interference.
